Primary Schools
Area Education Office Urban-II is managing 29 primary (Co-Ed) institutions. 16,225 students are studying in these institutions.
Middle Schools
Only 4 middle institutions are currently being managed by Area Education Office Urban-II. Three are three female and one is male institution.
Secondary Schools
Under Urban-II, 11 Female and 7 Male Institutions are providing Excellent Education. In Secondary, 15,100 students are studying here.
Higher Secondary
Two male and two female higher secondary (grade VI-XII) institutions are performing excellent result with almost 8,500 students.
Model Colleges
Seven male and 5 female Islamabad Model Colleges are producing excellent result with excellent students under Area Education Office Urban-II.

Buses Prime Minister's Education Reforms Program.
During a normal year, an estimated 11,570 students ride the bus to school every weekday in Urban-II. We recieved 57 Buses from Prime Minister's Education Reforms Program. Some of them are Non-Functional due to unavailability of Budget, Drivers and Conductors. We have only 36 Drivers for 104 Buses. 68 Drivers and 71 Conductors are required to facilitate 11,570 students.

The issues and problems must be known to AEO office and FDE both because we have addressed these issues/ problems many
times in written as well as verbal form, even many reminders sent too. When everything conveyed and explained to the concerned
quarter then, instead of solution, the whole management top to bottom gets changed and we have to start from the beginning.
Anyways, some common issues are highlighted below.

1). Recruitment of new staff (teaching/ non teaching) needs to fill all vacant posts. Many employees retired, transferred or even died somebody, no replacement being provided so far.
2). New posts need to be created specially in high schools. There is no post of Mali, Frash, Computer Lab Incharge, Computer teacher and Librarian etc since the the institution IMSG(VI-X) G-9/3 established.
3). Acute shortage of subject specialists at secondary level. For example, in our institution only one teacher for Phy, Maths nd Computer while 600 plus students studying.
Science and Computer teachers must be appointed.
4). Buses provide to Institutions (under PM Reform program) with out budget. So, the proper budget with drivers and conductors should be provided, otherwise, they are not beneficial for students and institution.
5). Provision of symmetrical budget to F.G institutions and Model Colleges.
